Is the price per person or per group?

Our day trips come in two formats. On a regular tour you pay per person: that's the “from” price on each card. On a private tour you pay per vehicle for your whole group, so the more of you travel, the less each person pays; use the “How many travelers?” selector to see your price. Packages from 5 to 10 days are priced per vehicle and the 3-day package per person.

Where do you pick me up?

At your accommodation or the nearest bus stop: tourist traffic is restricted in Reykjavík's historic center, so we set meeting points close to your hotel. If you arrive by cruise ship, we pick you up at the pier.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety comes first. We check the forecast before every departure and, if conditions are dangerous, the tour is canceled and we offer to reschedule it at no cost or give you a full refund.

How do I book and pay?

Message us on WhatsApp or ask for a quote. A 30% deposit confirms your booking and the remaining 70% is paid up to 48 hours before the tour, or in person on arrival. We accept cards, international bank transfers and secure payment links. In high season, we recommend booking 30 to 60 days ahead.

Can I combine several tours or create a custom one?

Yes. You can book several day trips on different days, choose one of our 3 to 10-day packages or ask us for a custom itinerary. The only thing that isn't possible is combining two long tours on the same day, for time reasons.

When can you see the northern lights?

From September to April, with clear skies and solar activity. Our Aurora Chasers tour takes you away from light pollution and, if the lights don't appear, we change location. The northern lights are never guaranteed: the more nights you set aside, the better your chances.
